South Leeds Archers welcomes you to the 1st Indoor Ring Series sponsored by Custom Built Archery, Tell Targets & Nitro Strings. An annual non-record status competition series comprising 4 individual events. Each event is its own separate competition so there is no requirement to attend all 4, however if you want to be the one to rule them all, attending all 4 events would be encouraged as the results will be entered into a league table for individual, team and club awards. The 4 events are as follows and each has a morning or afternoon option:
1. The Fellowship of the 10 Rings. Single Portsmouth on the 27/11/2022
2. The Two Target Faces. Double Worcester on the 11/12/2022
3. The Hobbit. WA18 Round on the 22/01/2023
4. The Return of the Kings. VEGAS 600 Round on the 05/03/2023
Entry Fee: £8 entry or £28 for all 4 events as a one-off payment when entering all 4 shoots in advance.Tickets Available (You will need to book 4 events if entering the full series, this can be done in advance, or you can book later events seperately subject to availability. There are just 24 tickets per session. You can only book one ticket per event and choose either the morning or afternoon session (not both). There are spectator tickets available which are intended for parents of junior archers or supporters, these are limited to a maximum of 14 due to the space available.
How To Enter:
1. Reserve your place or places via Eventbrite.
2. Payment is by bank transfer* and must be paid promptly at the time of booking. Your ticket confirmation email contains our bank details in the additional information section.
3. Once your entry and payment have been reconciled we will send a seperate email confirmation.

Single Event Awards:
Individual and Team: Gold & Silver for each bow type at each event for each bow type and division.
Series Awards: Individual and Team: Gold & Silver for each bow type at each event for each bow type and division
Club: The One Club to Rule Them All – Annual Shield for overall series club winner
Divisions: Gents, Ladies, Under 18s mixed, Under 14s mixed and Team(Teams will be made up of a pair of archers from the same club and same bow type)
Bow types: Compound, Recurve, Barebow, Traditional (Any wooden bow & arrows)
Registration and Sighters:
For the morning sessions: 8 am entry and 9 am sighters
For the afternoon session: 12:25 pm entry and 1:45 pm sighters

Please note: No timing system will be used archers will shoot in two details.
You can enter the series more than once if using different bow types and shoot one bow in the morning and a different bow for the afternoon. Compound archers will shoot on a triple spot, or 5 spot for the double Worcester rounds All compound archers will shoot the Vegas round on the Vegas Triple spot all other archers can ask on the day to shoot on a single spot if they prefer.
The competition will be shot in 3 arrow ends, accept the Double Worcester round which is shot in 5 arrow ends. There will be a comfort break between rounds.
Music may be played throughout, including during shooting
South Leeds Archers will not be held responsible for any damage caused to arrows from target bosses, including any arrows that pass through
There will be no refunds given for archers who withdraw from the event
Archery GB dress regulations will apply as shown in Archery GB rule 307. Although this is a fun shoot, its good to get used to the rules expected at the majority of competitions.
An automatic email confirming payment will be made immediately upon online payment, a confirmation of target allocation email will be sent out manually within a week of the event
Closing date for any entries is the Monday prior to each event.If you are booking for all 4 events, it will be a separate ticket for each event on Eventbrite and these must be booked together to qualify for the entry discount.There will be refreshments available and a Raffle at each session.
Please note that our range is on the second floor inside a mill complex. There are 2 flights of stairs and currently no lift available.
